The Clerk Treasurer's Office is responsible for all of the financial records of the town. We are responsible for billing the water, and waste water accounts, as well as collecting the water, and waste water payments. All town receipts are handled by the Clerk's Office. We also pay all approved claims for bills and the town's payroll. The Clerk Treasurer is responsible for the minutes of all meetings of the Milford Town Council. The Clerk's office is the custodian of municipal records, such as ordinances and resolutions.
Water and Sewer bills are due by the 15th of every month. Deposits are required and vary depending on the type of property. Payments can be made by: mail, in person, online (via credit card) and in our drop box. We accept cash, check, money order or credit card. There is a 3% fee with a minimum of $1 for paying via credit card. Click this link to pay online by credit card:
