The Clerk Treasurer’s Office is responsible for all of the financial records of the town.  We are responsible for billing the water, and waste water accounts, as well as collecting the water, and waste water payments.  All town receipts are handled by the Clerk’s Office.  We also pay all approved claims for bills and the town’s payroll.  The Clerk Treasurer is responsible for the minutes of all meetings of the Milford Town Council.  The Clerk’s office is the custodian of municipal records, such as ordinances and resolutions.
